These terms cover your use of this site and any engagement with Vely Media for a SalesOS build. Individual build contracts override anything below.
Acceptance
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't, close the tab.
What we build
SalesOS is custom sales software built in your infrastructure (Neon, AWS, Github). Scope, deliverables, and payment terms are fixed in writing before any build starts. You own the code and data at handoff.
Use of this site
No scraping, no automated submission of forms, no probing for vulnerabilities. The site exists to explain what we do, not to be reverse-engineered for competitive purposes.
Liability
The site is provided as-is, without warranties. Liability for build engagements is governed by the individual build contract, not by what's written here.
